1: How can I track my order?

As soon your order is shipped, we will send you by email trucking number.

2: Are the lights are UL listed for the US market?

The electrical components such as the bulb socket and the wiring are UL Listed only.

3: Does the lighting fixtures are wired for the US?

We provide wired lighting fixtures adopted to the US market, if you wish so, please mentioned it in your order. 

4: What is the lead time for an order to be ready?

All products are made to order, please allow us 20-35 business days after purchasing is done to complete your product, then we will notice you by email that it ready to ship and provide the trucking number.

5: what is the shipping cost to my country?

Shipping cost changes from country to country, after you provide your address at the purchasing form in the shop you will get the shipping cost accordingly.
